Belgrade Chess Federation is organizing Simultaneous Chess Games on 1000 boards. This spectaculare event will be played in Knez Mihailova street and Belgrade Fortress. All interested citizens will have chance to play game with the best Serbian chess players.

Individual Serbian Championship
for Women 2008
Kac, March 29 - 09 April, 2008

Grandmaster Andjelija Stojanovic has won the 2nd Individual Serbian Championship for Women 2008. After 11 rounds of Round Robin system, Stojanovic won with 8,5 points. Grandmasters Ana Benderac and Maria Manakova took 2nd place with 8 pts. The Serbian Championship for Women was held on March 29th - April 09 in Kac. more >>>

SERBIA THE BEST IN EUROPE
The Serbian national team has, for the thrid consecutive time, won first place in the European Championship in solving chess problems. It ended in a photo finsih where the Serbian team managed to grab first place, after the Russian team led for the majoritz of the tournament.

Mataruska Banja, March 15-28, 2008

Grandmaster Ivan Ivanisevic has won the 2nd Individual Serbian Championship for Men 2008. After 13 rounds of Round Robin system, Ivanisevic won with 9 points. Grandmaster Bojan Vuckovic took 2nd place with 8,5 pts. 3rd place took Boban Bogosavljevic with 8 pts. The Serbian Champinship was held on March 15-28th in Mataruska Banja. more >>>
